Thank goodness Cecilia and Ben are such a relaxing and accommodating couple. Their soothing and reassuring presence helped the Windmill team make it through the long hours. The schedule moved very quickly and we had to battle a lot of extra elements, such as the heat and humidity outside. But, overall, it was a really fun day. The entire wedding party, including Cecilia and Ben, kept everyone on tract throughout the entire photoshoot, and allowed us to get some great shots. 

Windmill just wants to take the chance to thank Cecilia and Ben for all the wonderful feedback after the wedding reception. We look forward to finishing the final film and sharing your lovely wedding day with everyone!

I was very honoured when Vanessa and Vince asked our crew to film their wedding. I have known Vanessa for a very long time and can't even count the number of times that I babysat her and her brother Jon. We spent numerous hours perfecting her skills on the basketball court, as well as hanging out  and watching movies. The family is incredible and very tight knit, their mom Maureen is an amazing single mother that has raised two amazing children with great values and character.  Our family has in many sense grown up together, and have always been there for each other through thick and thin. 

Now to see Vanessa all grown-up and finding the love of her life is a great feeling. Her man Vince is an incredible guy, one of the sweetest guys you will ever meet. He is also an amazing cook, and am incredibly jealous that Vanessa is lucky enough to eat in his kitchen for the rest of their lives. They are truly one of the most relaxed and genuinely nice couples I have ever met and I believe are a perfect match. 

On the day of their wedding there was no stress and the day moved smoothly as it was any other prefect day in their loving and happy relationship. But apart from Stan and Josh shooting the full day event, we were preparing a same day edit as a surprise for the two of them. We had previously produced two fun Glee themed videos that were to be played periodically throughout the reception, but towards the end we were happy to pull together a great surprise video which showed the highlights of the day. 

I have to thank them for an amazing evening and it was very special for me to do this for them. I also need to thank Stan and Josh for shooting some great footage, I could not have done this without their support.

Here's a vignette of my son out at Whittamore's Farm this fall. During the season, they have "Pumpkinland" setup; filled with tons of activities like a corn maze, bouncer, tractor ride, and a slide. We had a great time in the maze, a traumatic time in the bouncer, and the best time at the slide. I think Koa could have been on this thing all day.  

Stan

My son has a love for McNuggets, but has a greater love for ketchup.

It was a Sunday afternoon and we took the kids to meet my cousin at the local McDonalds near his house. My kids love going to any McDonalds that has the indoor playgrounds. After running around for a bit we sat down for lunch. I always carry my camera with me but had no real intent to film at lunch. My son started digging into his McNuggets, not eating one at a time but taking multiple bites out of multiple McNuggets. At the same time he was dipping into the ketchup with his fingers, eventually having the ketchup all over his face.

As you can see, I could not resist filming. 

Keith

I got to know Aaron and Serafina through a friend of mine, Adam (Aaron's brother). We had gone to NYC to film J.Moy's and Adam's music video "Bog Bossin". Luckily, Aaron and Serafina graciously offered us boys a place to bunk for our entire stay in NY. I absolutely do not know how they managed to put up with eight festive guys cramped into their two bedroom condo, but did so with the greatest hospitality and generosity. It was during my stay there that I had the opportunity to show them some of our wedding videos. 

Several months later I received a call from the lovely couple to see if we would film their wedding. Of course we agreed. 

On the day of the wedding it was a beautiful, as we started bright and early at 6:00am. The entire day ran very smoothly. With every event from the tea ceremony, ceremony, and reception filled with an extremely energetic and loving atmosphere. The reception was also full of surprises and fantastic moments, as Aaron and Serafina performed an awesome and unique first dance; something I definitely hadn't personally seen at a wedding before. Of course you'll have to check out the video to see what I'm talking about. 

Thank you Aaron and Serafina for allowing us the opportunity to capture such a joyous occasion, and with such great people. We wish you a lifetime of happiness and love. 

Completely invested in the video, as i knew the lovely couple personally. I eagerly wanted to make a video that they could enjoy for many married years to come. I also thought it would be interesting to shoot at the CNE - essentially a large carnival with many colourful lights, rides, and amusements. In the end I couldn't have asked for a better location or a more willing and happy couple. Even at the sight of rain Tu and Quynh were game, shooting until they were essentially soaked. Note* most of the shots in the rain were not used - a little too gloomy for a wedding video. None the less, they definitely earned their brownie points, willing to tough it out in order to get any shots I thought we needed.

A special thanks to Keith Chang and Kim Doan (Tu's sister) for helping with the shoot. An extra special thanks to Tu and Quynh, for telling their story and being such good sports, making an awesome video that much easier and enjoyable to make. 

This is just but a small chapter in your story together and I wish you guys many years of love and happiness.
